Today I read an article in the Tide magazine where they talk about the proposed changes to the flounder rules regarding daily limits for both commercial and recreational anglers. 

Just wanted to give everyone a update on the website.  I hope to have it all up and running by the end May.  Currently working on News, forums and profile modules,,, i also need to create a tutorial or a how to use this site section.
